MONTAGE is an independent production studio born in India and artistically shaped in New York City.

Founded by filmmaker Vidhu Kota, the studio is rooted in a five-year immersion in New York’s independent art culture, where limited resources sharpen ideas, process builds resilience, and grit is a necessity. That way of working continues to define MONTAGE today.

Working across narrative films, music videos, and brand storytelling, MONTAGE builds story-first work grounded in grit, instinct, and personal truth. Each project is approached with rigorous pre-production, an edit-driven mindset, and a commitment to images that feel lived-in, tactile, and earned rather than manufactured.
